Ingredients
4 quarts water
1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
1 lemon, halved
2 garlic cloves, smashed
2 bay leaves
1 pound baby potatoes
2 ears of corn, shucked and cut into thirds
1 pound smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pound crab legs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Salt to taste
Preparation
In a large pot, bring the water, Old Bay seasoning, lemon, garlic, and bay leaves to a boil.
Add the baby potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the corn and smoked sausage and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp and crab legs and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through and the crab legs are heated through.
Drain the seafood and vegetables in a colander.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add salt to taste.
Serve the seafood and vegetables on a large platter and drizzle with the melted butter. Enjoy!
